Coöperatief wonen is echt nodig in Vlaanderen, het schoolvoorbeeld van inefficiëntie in stedenbouw met onze ongerepte lintbebouwing. Coöperatief wonen zorgt ervoor dat we onze steden en gemeenten efficiënter bouwen en organiseren, want samen hebben we meer, en zijn we duurzamer!!
