This may be a silly thing to petition for to most people, but not to the Elvis Presley fans & fans of the Elvis movie starring Austin Butler.
Elvis Presley’s Graceland currently has an exhibit dedicated to the Elvis movie, featuring props, costumes, hand written notes from the director Baz Luhrmann and more.
This movie has brought together a new generation of Elvis fans around the world. It has also reignited the love for old fans, and also gave a sense comfort & joy to life long fans.
Baz Luhrmann & Austin Butler put their hearts & souls into this movie, bringing Elvis alive. Keeping his legacy alive.
This movie is so important to Elvis fans around the world & is such an important, big part of his legacy now.
This exhibit has been available to see for over a year now, but there are still so many fans who haven’t had the opportunity to see it. It means a lot to us Elvis fans, especially to the ones where the movie brought us to Elvis (and Austin Butler).
The Elvis movie has changed lives in so many ways. It’s a comfort movie to many. It was one of the best parts of my trip last year and so many others who have seen absolutely love it.
I am making this petition because Elvis Presley Enterprises needs to hear our voices. I’ve seen so many comments on social media to keep this exhibit permanently, but yet they are still planning to take it down this month.
I don’t know if this will do anything, but it’s worth a shot.
Thank you for reading & hopefully signing.
