I always think people have the righ to be informed about their food ans drinks consumption (origin, traitement
nutrition scores...).
What amazed me is the initiative (Ecoterian) to connect food producers and consumers to a better understanding of CO2 impact on available and up to date food offers, putting individual needs at a the top of the pyramid.
