Es ist wirklich unglaublich, dass es Menschen möglich gemacht wird, in irgendein Haus einzubrechen, dort wohnen zu dürfen und die Eigentümer des Hauses das noch unterstützen müssen und keine Handhabe gegen diese Eindringlinge haben.

Weil es nicht geht das fremde Leute sich einfach eine Wohnung besetzen ohne dafür bestraft zu werden dann diese verwüsten und man auch noch für deren Unterhalt aufkommen muss.

Gata Council have presided over Gata Residencial adoption since 2010 and also allowing properties post Jubesa to be built and not completed for sale. The unsold properties do have an affect on the urbanization as they are looking neglected and the recent arrival of squatters to these properties is unacceptable to the security and property values. It is now over 6 months since squatters arrived ample time for property owners to get legal eviction. One would have thought that Gata Council have powers to enforce the completion of properties by owners, so that they are sold or rented. No doubt Gata Council find this situation to their supportive to avoid Legal adoption of the urbanization.
