Delay in National Broadband Fibre rollout for Tracton residents.

Very erratic internet here at present, not good enough in this day and age.

I have occasion to visit the Traction/Rocky Bay area frequently. A decent broadband service is vital to the growth of the community

Good rural broadband is essential.

It is impossible to work from home or to complete courses and cpds which I require for work. Our broadband is totally unsuitable and unstable. The fibre cables were laid right outside our house months ago

Can’t stream, can’t watch anything if more than 1 person is on the internet. Have to turn everything off.

Our internet at moment is very poor and we despite paying €60 a month .
We have been promised a better internet service for so long but keep being disappointed. With 4 adults in the house especially if anyone is trying to work from home it is very difficult

At this stage everyone should have requal access.

The Village of Nohoval is the most densely populated area which also supports x2 churches and x2 business. Most of us in the village work from home and the current 3g and 4g dongle internet is not sufficient.

Having the option for high speed broadband in our area is vital to support the population of Nohoval. Surrounding areas have cables laid down. It should be a straight forward process to carry on the connection to the village.

Our internet speed is appalling and only getting worse. Very difficult to work from home and attend Zoom meetings, classes etc never mind everyday browsing.

I grew up in Tracton and my parents still live there, my dad has to commute to the office despite covid risks because the internet is not suitable for working from home.

Require high speed broadband for working from home

I live and work in Tracton and internet service is very poor

I work from home full time. The internet connection so terrible and makes it hard. I have a Mifi also but the phone signal where I live is also very poor.

This is essential to me and being able to complete my work effectively without making up lost hours at evenings and weekends due to poor connection.

Remote working & schooling. Need more efficient broadband to facilitate these needs.
