I think, that booking.com is dangerous and fraud.

They steal money!

Because they literally have money that rightfully belongs to consumers and they don’t give it to them!

I was scammed on the booking.com app 650 eur and booking.com say they will forward my case to the fraud department but every time I call the customer service, nothing has been done

I was lied to and cheated by booking.com

They did not give me my full refund after I book a flight and had to cancel 2 hours later. They stoll money from me

I think Booking.com are in buisiness with the Bait and Switch hotels being advertised on their site, we fell fowl to this scam and when contacting Booking.com they said there was nothing they can do as its booked with a partner company, but I didn't book with a partner company... they are scamming people out of money.

Booking.com wrongfully charged my credit card and refused to give me a refund.

They operate as criminals and not as a business. They are accountable to no-one and no authority it would seem. A despicable organisation who couldn't give a !@#$! about their customers. Only their money.

Because Booking.com stealing hard working people money.

Been victim of substandard service by booking for over a decade. Their customer service operation amounts to fraud or at best deflection. Some of their failings could result in risk to guests.

As they are withholding my money as a partner they have NO number to accounts and response is generic nonsense and lies

Because Booking. Com didn't pay me on time for 3 months, this meant I couldn't pay my mortgage on time and this has resulted repossession proceedings. I'm beyond disgusted

Booking.com hasn't paid me since April. After bankrupting me posting out of pocket, my beach hotel was foreclosed and I lost everything. They ordered me $143 as compensation for the entire hotel. Even that payment failed. There is no accountability or repercussions for a multi-billion dollar company to drive home if not thousands of properties out of business by not passing on the customers money that they collected. If that's not illegal, it should be! I can't imagine another situation where this wouldn't be viewed as pure theft.

I've twice been scammed by Booking.com. The 1st time I booked a holiday apartment in Lisbon which was literally in the middle of a building site. A wrecking ball swung past the window at 1 point. The 2nd time, a few weeks ago, was when I booked an apartment in Brighton that claimed to offer free parking but then said it was only suitable for very small cars. On both occasions Booking.com refused to refund the money. From my own experience and that of clearly 1000s of other people on trustpilot.com, It's clear that they're facilitating and aiding and abetting fraud for financial gain.

The site has severe data breaches and do not process refunds to their guests.

Evidentemente c'è la volontà di una grande azienda, in questo caso la principale presente nell'oligopolio della prenotazione on line, che cerca di tenersi i soldi di clienti ingiustamente, tramite stratagemmi assurdi.
Ovviamente, come si può constatare da questa situazione, loro si fanno forza per il fatto che non essendo negozio fisico, rende difficile appellarsi in casi come questi alla giustizia, e molti lasciano perdere per i tempi lunghi e l'impegno che comporta dover remare contro a ditte del genere quando si mettono di traverso.

Porque ellos me robaron 200 dólares cuando mi cancelación sería gratuita. Además me dijeron mentiras continuamente.
