Sveriges og Finlands NATO-medlemskap har samlet Norden sikkerhetspolitisk. Derfor bør vi holde på NATO-medlemskapet og bygge et nordisk forsvarspolitisk samarbeid med brodd mot Russland under NATO-paraplyen. De nordiske baseavtalene med USA svekker denne nordiske plattformen. Verst er Finlands USA-base ved Ivalo nær Murmansk, et opplegg for spenning og misforståelser mellom USA og Russland. Kampanjen mot baseavtalen er viktig, og forhåpentligvis kan den spre seg til de andre nordiske land.
