Gypsys are discriminated all the time ! It's disgraceful !! These people are so nice ! They take care of their animals and do NOT leave mess behind, how they get treated by You and other council committees is wrong, give them respect and let them live their life, they have rights !!!

As the saying goes "Do not judge a book by it's cover" These people have chosen a lifestyle a little different to most, if the Dersingham officials had taken the trouble to communicate in a friendly way they would realise that this family are very nice decent people. I called in to see them on Friday 8th August the site has no litter whatsoever and in many ways tidier than most streets in many of our towns. They clearly respect our village and I would welcome them into my house any day, I delivered garden produce for their family and horses and told them to come along to my house to get water for their horses on probably the hottest day of the year.
While I was at the camp other residents of the village were also visiting and like me offering the hand of friendship, I'm ashamed of the attitude taken by the village representatives.
I understand the need to preserve the wellbeing of the common land and the village as a whole but I think there is a need for friendly dialogue first, if that fails then escalate the response accordingly.

These people are not here to make any trouble, they have been so kind and respectful of our village in keeping it tidy and clean, they are lovely people to talk to and just want a nice clean place to rest and feed their dogs and horses.

These are lovely, kind people. Not only are they doing no harm, quite the reverse, looking after their and our environment and bring joy and diversity to the village. To the board of the charitable trust I would say: "Be charitable. Be kind. Listen to the views of the villagers."

#BeKind
Here we are in the middle of a global pandemic, where it is more important than ever that people should look out for one another, and the someone representing the charity sees fit to turn up and be verbally aggressive and threatening. He is obviously such a bully boy that most likely after having being spoken to by the police and told to wind his neck in, he then uses his position as a trustee to get back at the travellers by serving them with a notice to quit ... if you are reading this, shame on you.
