There is no specific law or policy that makes Welcome to Country or Acknowledgement of Country mandatory for any single school event in NSW.

We pay Tara school fees to have our daughters educated to prepare them for life in the community. We do not expect them to be indoctrinated with politically motivated, divisive and racist agendas.

As such, these practises are inappropriate at any school, let alone a private Christian school.
