Petition of Support for Coach Damien
We, the undersigned parents, players, and supporters, wish to formally express our support for Coach Damien and the positive impact he has had on the development of our young men both on and off the field/court.
Coach Damien has consistently demonstrated leadership, commitment, discipline, and a genuine investment in the growth and wellbeing of the players under his guidance. His influence extends beyond sport and contributes to the development of character, resilience, accountability, and teamwork.
We believe that the success of any youth sporting program should be measured not only by results, but by the positive environment created for young athletes to learn, develop, and mature. Many families have witnessed these qualities firsthand through Coach Damien’s involvement.
This petition is not intended to criticise any individual or organisation. Rather, it is intended to communicate the strong support that exists within the playing and parent community for Coach Damien and the value he brings to the program.
We respectfully request that the relevant decision-makers take into consideration the views of the families and players who have directly benefited from Coach Damien’s coaching, mentorship, and leadership.

This petition is important to me because Coach Damien has been one of the best coaches since I have started my journey is basketball. He made me love the game and improve me every training session. I really hope that this petition would change people minds and really find out how loving he is for every team that he coaches.

I have had the privilege of having Damian coach my son and have seen firsthand the dedication, integrity, and care he brings to the role. He has earned the trust and respect of players, parents, and families through his commitment to the children he coaches.
Those who know Damian recognise him as a person of strong character who has consistently contributed positively to our club and community. We ask that this be taken into account when considering his future involvement with the club.
