To ensure that thugs like these are dealt with appropriately for the crimes they have committed and not let off with a lesser penalty than they deserve.
Dôvody
PC Harper was murdered in the course of doing his duty as a Police Officer. His murderers were recently found Not Guilty of murder but guilty of murder.
This is a travesty of justice, these men new PC Harper was being dragged behind their vehicle and instead of stopping and releasing him from the rope his foot had become entangled in, decided to carry on driving until he became detached. Their speeds were up to 40mph, and they must have known that the likelihood was that he would have been killed.
