My wife's family settled in Hope in the early1950's. My mother-in-law is buried in the cemetery in Hope. For the last 38 years I have appreciated many adventures and family gatherings in the Kawkawa Lake and Coquihalla River regions. The beauty and proximity to wilderness is as good as it gets but it must be protected for future generations. Countless gravel trucks driving through this region will disturb the natural beauty, create noise pollution and erode the environment.
