I changed it due to the public and residents thinking chicanes would be better, so IV put both in there.

New title: Speed ~~ramps~~ramps/chicanes on Blenheim road

New petition description:

Speed ~~ramps~~ ramps/chicanes on Blenheim road due to the speed of the traffic up and down there and children not being safe etc and also a car going a ridiculous speed and hitting a house
