We strongly demand that the Italian Embassy in Algeria urgently reform the current student visa appointment system. The existing process has left students vulnerable to exploitation by third-party platforms and has jeopardized their academic futures.

Razões

Students will be able to enroll directly without being exploited by third-party visa alert services
Students will avoid losing valuable time and opportunities by waiting for uncertain or unguaranteed visa appointments.
Students can secure accommodation arrangements in advance, ensuring stability and peace of mind before their studies begin.
Students will not risk missing critical academic activities, such as lectures, laboratory sessions, or orientation programs.
Students can focus fully on their academic and professional development, instead of dealing with procedural uncertainties.
Students will benefit from a fair, transparent, and accessible process, eliminating unnecessary financial or psychological burdens.
Institutions will see higher student retention and performance, since learners can start on time and without external stress.
The overall process will contribute to greater trust in the education system and a stronger reputation for fairness and efficiency.

Dear Supporters,
One year after launching this petition, I am pleased to inform you that our petition has been heard, and our voices have reached the concerned authorities.
Previously, students faced significant uncertainty regarding their next steps, largely due to the appointment system. Today, students are directly contacted by the Italian Embassy, making the process more accessible, transparent, and fair, and giving all Algerian students a more equal opportunity.
This achievement was made possible, first and foremost, thanks to God, and also thanks to the willingness of the competent authorities to listen to students’ concerns and take action.
To everyone who supported, signed, and shared this petition: thank you. Your support proved that when we raise our voices together, meaningful change is possible.
