The petition requires the ability to make changes to Territory Day - specifically fireworks - as a possible overall ban or heavy regulation. Over many years now unsuccessfuly attempts at banning fireworks have been petitioned. This petition requires more flexibility to give parliment the ability to view comments, Pros and Cons and agree a better Territory Day going forward. Not just a "one person" vision.

New title: Territory Day - Public Holiday - PublicFireworks Fireworkrequire Display onlyreview

New petition description:

Territory Day needs to be a public holiday to celebrate the day in its entirety.. Individual access to fireworks should be banned andor heavily regulated. This is a publicpetition displaythat fireworksis availableone only.person's vision only - possibly we require a community forum to find our best solution. This is bigger than a petition that will never get accept by parliment or overriden by the next political party for votes.
