Petition addressed to: Lake Macquarie City Council

Please find attached a formal complaint and community petition regarding the
unauthorised development at 46 Silkstone Circuit, Catherine Hill Bay.

We request that Council urgently investigate this matter and take appropriate
enforcement action.
We also request to be kept informed of the outcome of this investigation and any
subsequent applications relating to this site. We ask you to sign the petition with your
name, address and signature so we can forward our objection to council.

Reason

The structure has been present for approximately five months and appears to be
used as an exhibition/display building without any known development consent. This
raises serious concerns regarding compliance with zoning, heritage controls, and the
Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

I am a local resident and they should not be allowed to abuse the system

Yes I think that we all have to comply with council regulations. How does Rose group get away bring able to put a modular house on this site.
Come on Lake Macquarie council it’s time to start listening to the residents. We certainly pay enough in rates. Rose group should be completely the shops as promised when we bought our land in good faith that this would be completed.

Need to maintain consistent standards throughout the subdivision .
