Outline planning applications have now been submitted to the Local Authority, one with 175 properties and the other with 250 properties. The petition changes are updates to show the latest changes in the applications.


New petition description:

We, the undersigned, object to the proposal to build up to 175 andor 250 houses on agricultural land off The Green Road, Ashbourne and ask that Derbyshire Dales District Council Planning Committee refuse the planning applications 26/00803/OUT and 26/00802/OUT.

The proposal of either 175 or 250 new houses on agricultural land will add to the existing traffic problems on The Green Road and further into the town. It will have a negative effect on the environment and pollution which is already a major concern in Ashbourne. Please sign, support and share this petition.
