I strongly feel like the law was not fully extended to the biological mother in this case. I feel that a very capable and able bodied mother is unjustly being estranged from her child.
Bring a child back home to his rightful parent

Every child should be with their parents, if there no form of neglect are abuse.
The handling of this case was not done with the prudence and due diligence merited. There were blatant violations and misconduct by judicial authorities that have and can still be evidenced. The inappropriate actions cited are, without question, not within the construct or confines of the written laws. This mother and child need to be reunited. This has the potential to set an unjust, unethical and disturbing precedent, should the judgment rendered be allowed to be final. It also postures an argument of discriminatory behaviors and continues to foster the thought that a person’s socioeconomic status determines judicial outcomes. This cannot and will not be!
