Hebron should have a winter formal even though the school is very small. They should experience a high school tradition shared by many.

It’s important to take action on the matter because there’s many students who miss the opportunity of the dance because they don’t offer it. While other schools can bring guests, many people don’t always know people from other schools. Its important to create an equal opportunity for everyone.
