Petition addressed to: MCA Board
The signage placed around the Meadows for the golf courses and other amenities uses Benderson's typeface, not that of the Meadows, and the signs themselves are not keeping with the aesthetics of the Meadows. The signs appear to be cheap, printed plastic instead of engraved or embossed wood, and the colors are not reflective of the colors used elsewhere in the Meadows. We are an independent community with our own aesthetics, and should not be forced to adopt the same typeface that Benderson uses for its stripmalls and other developments.
Reason
We are not a Benderson property and should not have the same signage used at their stripmalls and other developments.

I support this petition because I believe the lettering on our community signage should remain consistent with the established look and overall aesthetics of our HOA community. Uniform signage helps preserve the appearance, character, and curb appeal of the neighborhood, while avoiding changes that may look out of place or reduce the visual harmony residents expect. Keeping these details consistent is important because they contribute to the pride, identity, and property values of the entire community.
