Residents demand immediate enforcement of residential noise limits and accountability from rental property owners. Noise levels frequently exceed acceptable residential limits, with disruptive behaviour continuing late into the night. Recent incidents have included aggressive conduct by visitors toward law enforcement officers responding to complaints. These activities indicate a growing public nuisance and potential safety concern. Residents request that the municipality and police implement stricter enforcement of noise regulations and review the compliance of rental properties operating within the area.

Reason

Recent incidents have included aggressive conduct by visitors toward law enforcement officers responding to complaints. Noise has been a weekly challenge going in to all hours of the morning causing a nuisance i.e. noise pollution.
