2. Lay criminal charges against Piet Geldenhuys under the Animals Protection Act and any other applicable legislation.

3. Ensure that all evidence, witness statements, and veterinary findings are formally documented and acted upon.

4. Hold the perpetrator fully accountable, including prosecution and sentencing appropriate to the nature and severity of the offense.

5. Affirm the legal and moral principle that animal cruelty will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

6. Remove all firearms and firearm licenses held by Piet Geldenhuys

7. His employment with public communication ceased with immediate effect.
