I have been here almost one year, my family and I love the life in Canada. We are eager to stay here through my hard work in agriculture.

If I lose this opportunity, my two kids and I have to leave Canada in heartache.

I have worked in the Canadian agriculture or food industry almost for one year and fully meet all the application requirements for the Agri-Food Immigration Pilot (AFIP) program. I believe that we who work hard, love Canada, and have already contributed to Canada are exactly the immigrants that Canada needs. We are full of hope for Canada. Fairness, freedom and prosperity must be the glory of this country.

I have been working as a poultry preparer for one year and meet all the requirements for the Agri-Food Immigration Pilot(AFIP) program. Canada is a immigration and multiple cultural country . I hope IRCC to release AFIP places to us who really qualify the AFIP requirements.

I have more than 2 years experience in Agri food industry and I am still working in this industry. and when I tried to submit the pr application; it didn’t go through since the quota was already full.

We are a disciplined and honest groupwe meet the requirements of the agricultural immigration program, we are hard-working workers, hope to stay in Canada through a reasonable and legal way, and aspire to work and live well in Canada. Some people know that their applications have been returned by the immigration Bureau due to lack of information, we request that the vacant position can be opened to us, because we have complete information and meet the requirements of agricultural immigration. We are anxiously waiting, pleading and expecting.

Fairness is very important. When a policy loses fairness, it becomes an invalid policy. The person who formulated the policy has already stepped down, and this unfair policy must also step down!

I think the cancellation of this policy is unfair. It is a major setback for those who have worked hard to earn opportunities. I hope that the unused spots can be reallocated so that more people who are contributing to Canada and striving for a better life can receive the fairness they deserve.

I am a butcher, a family man and I pay my taxes on time, I have all the documents eligible for the agrifood pilot, and the program is currently closed. I see that many applications were made frivolously, and I feel harmed by such injustice of the date being until May and January, we had less than 30 days to take photos, gather documentation of all family members... anyway, I hope that opportunities open up for real workers.

I am working for 1 year in agriculture in Canada already till to Dec 2023.My sons and me live together, and they also study in local schools. I want to immigration in Canada. But now I have no chance cause unfair events.I hope to get my right to immigration.

The regulations for AFIP applications stipulate: "Applications that do not meet the requirements of section 11 of the Regulations will not be counted toward the annual cap and will not be processed." In January, numerous applicants submitted their applications without fulfilling the one-year work requirement, and consequently, a significant number of these applications have been returned. In accordance with the regulations, the quotas from these returned applications should be made available again, thereby giving us a fair opportunity to apply!

After endeavor to work for a year, I found that the quota was occupied by some people who did not meet the time limit or lacked the required materials. I requested to release the occupied quota. Give us an equal opportunity to apply.

I strongly believe in Canada’s promise that “if you work hard, you get a good life in a home you can afford in a safe neighborhood.” . But now, we are unfairly treated.

Because I have been working in this hard position for a year and hope to get a fair chance. I also think Canada is a country that pursues freedom and equality.

However, due to the widespread issue of premature applications taking up all available spots, my family and I now face an uncertain future. If we are unable to secure permanent residency, my wife and I will soon have to leave Canada, separating us from our daughter.

"We have worked in the Canadian agriculture or food industry for one year and fully meet all the application requirements for the Agri-Food Immigration Pilot (AFIP) program. We strictly adhere to rules and laws. However, some individuals who failed to comply with these regulations submitted applications improperly, disrupting the application process and preventing us from submitting our own. We seek fairness, and Canada needs permanent residents who value fairness and respect the law."
