The toilet facilities at Bracklesham Bay are in dire need of refurbishment and this is now apparently scheduled for later this year. The Beach at Bracklesham Bay is very popular well used by a growing community of swimmers and surfers as well as holidaymakers all of whom would benefit from the ability to have a shower to wash off the salty water. We would like some outdoor showers to be installed as part of the refurbishment.

Reason

The Beach at Bracklesham Bay is an important recreational facility for Chichester. It is a growing community hub for open water enthusiasts; swimmers, surfers, dippers and sauna users. It's also a popular holidaymaker and day tripper destination with people traveling into the area. It's civilised and healthy for people to be able to wash off the salty water after being in the sea. Some showers would greatly benefit all those who use the beach.

Sea swimming is great for your physical and mental health. Better facilities will encourage more people to enjoy this fantastic activity.

I am local and would love the flexibility of swimming, showering and heading straight to work of a morning.

I do go to Bracklesham bay several time a month with my family and my friends ,a shower facility will really benefit the whole community

Showers would be a great asset. But better toilet facilities are desperately needed.
