I feel that a lot of the drivers who drive for Lanta bus has attitudes and no care to their passengers. I have seen numerous of times where passengers needing assistance getting on the bus and they refuse or ignore their need for the bridge to be put down . It’s ridiculous and it needs to change. Also bus driver are not always stopping when they are supposed to . They keep going and passengers miss their bus if they aren’t there or don’t notice give them a few minutes to get on . Nobody should miss a bus !
