CleanSpark is building a bitcoin mining center and has now requested 120+ acres to build more. Let our government know we DO NOT support data centers in our county!

Reason

Data Centers and Bitcoin mining are dangerous to our environment and livelihood. We have to protect our small county and keep our community as pollution free as possible.

lower class neighborhoods are being targeted data centers consist of a high amount of radiation

Lauderdale county is a wonderful rural community, we have great natural resources that benefit those who live here, and I can speak for just about everyone I know who lives near me, that we want our resources preserved and protected. Data centers and bitcoin mining operations do nothing to support ecological health, but drain vital resources that we as residents rely on. Please think of future generations that will grow up in Lauderdale county and keep any data center or bitcoin mining operation out of our county.

I do not want any major electrical consumption on our local grid. I don't want Lauderdale groundwater tapped for cooling, and a risk of water contamination. I also am opposed to air and sound pollution.

I don't want my natural areas and farmland to be polluted.

This affects everyone, from the oldest to the youngest. If we cannot secure a future for the enviorment and the amount of water used in the processes of these buildings being built our children and the Earth will suffer.
