I consider EMS as healthcare workers

Ems are a crucial part of hospitals and a way for people in local and remote areas to get help, without them people who have health problems or are at risk don't have a reliable way to get to the hospital

Because they should absolutely get equal pay

Because first responders are the key link that connects the, patients to the hospital. They are first ones in sight of the emergency , they should be acknowledged and taken care of.

EMS are first responders to help a patient possibly survive emergency. There shouldn’t be any 2nd thoughts to not include them.
