The bully archetype has been around for centuries, so much so that it's depiction is seen in Movies, Television, Books and Songs. It's caused many to unalive themselves or others in acts of Mass Shootings in hundreds of schools across the nation. Schools, communities, law enforcement and other systems all over the US have turned a blind eye and been soft on this pervasive issue in society. We need to do better, DHHS needs to consider this a public health crisis. We need more training on how to diffuser the behaviors, we need to hold parents of bullies and the bully accountable for their actions. DHHS should be involved with every family that has a child that engages in bullying behavior with mandatory treatment for them. Schools need to be stiff with penalties for these acts and law enforcement needs to enforce these policies.
