I was bullied myself growing up. I remember teachers laughing as though it was a joke and others acting like it was normal. Over the years this has become an epidemic and several innocent kids believe that they are hopeless and are a burden. Kids have no support. Bullying is not handled at all and the guilty go on with their lives never being held accountable. Bullying needs to be taken seriously and the guilt need to be held responsible and charged.
