Preserve Francis Scott Key Bridge name in Baltimore, MD

My Grandfather, Ben Womer was a founder of the Dubdalk Historical Society and made the effort to change the name from outer harbor crossing.
Key is a bedrock Historical figure for the Baltimore area.
Not to mention all nautical charts, maps, and any information available will need to be changed worldwide at whose cost?
Being a native and growing up with the bridge a name change simply wouldn't be right.
