Having this postoffice open and in use was a great asset to our small rural community. The one that appreciate historic buildings would stop even if to ask questions about the history of the town. My family and I have raised our 3 children here for the last 9 years. Our kids attend the one room elementary school that is a stones throw away from the Post Office. The school regularly uses the facility before it was sadly closed down due to lack of water. This family that has recently bought the property are willing and able to fix the faculty and run the PO.
