This petition is important to me due to my own personal experience while driving at night in my family hometown. The lack of electric pole lights on roads negatively impacts our community and the lives of family members, friends, and visitors. A few years ago, I lost my childhood best friend due to lack of driver visibility at night and no roadway light poles while traveling in Sussex County, Delaware.
