Petition is addressed to: Clark County Comprehensive Planning Department
We are professional acrobats living in Las Vegas. As part of our personal development and artistic journey, we have installed flying trapeze equipment on our property. Our intention is to use it for training and practice, furthering our craft in the vibrant and creative community of Las Vegas.
We understand that living in a shared neighborhood requires mindfulness and respect for one another’s peace and comfort. With that in mind, we are always careful to minimize noise and practice at appropriate times, ensuring that our activities do not disrupt anyone's daily routine.
As Las Vegas is known for its rich entertainment culture, we hope that our neighbors and the city will support us in our artistic endeavors. We aim to inspire joy and creativity, and we are hopeful that our practice will add a unique and uplifting experience to our community.
We respectfully seek approval from the Clark County Comprehensive Planning Department to maintain and use this equipment at our home. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us pursue our passion in a responsible and considerate manner.
Thank you for taking the time to read this petition and for your consideration.
Sincerely,
Blair and Jordan

Reason
We are reaching out to our neighbors and community to kindly ask for your support in our petition to keep our flying trapeze equipment in place at our home. As first-time homeowners, we carefully selected this property for its spacious lot, which provided us with the unique opportunity to have a flying trapeze as part of our growing family’s lifestyle. The ability to maintain and use this equipment is not only a key feature of our home, but also central to our family’s well-being and future plans.
If we are unable to continue using the trapeze, it would significantly impact the utility of our property and our sense of having made a meaningful investment in our home. We’ve worked hard to improve both the interior and exterior of the house, and we genuinely value the chance to contribute positively to the neighborhood. Our goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment for our family and to continue to be responsible, respectful neighbors.
Your support in allowing us to maintain this part of our home would mean the world to us and would allow us to continue building the life we envision.

Hi everyone! Just a friendly reminder that our town advisory board meeting is this Thursday, August 14 at 6:30 PM. It will be at the Hollywood neighborhood services center at 1650 South Hollywood Blvd. We really hope you can make it to show support.
Additionally, if any of our neighbors have received this card with the official notice of the public hearing, please check the box that says “I support this request”. You can place it in a USPS with postage or you can email it to the email address in the photo.
We are looking forward to completing this process and hopeful for a positive decision from the planning commission.
Have a wonderful week! -
Hi everyone!
Thanks again to all of our neighbors who sent over the letters of support. I was able to confirm through a Freedom of Information Request that the complaint came from someone posing as a neighbor which unfortunately confirmed my suspicions that this debacle came from someone trying to do harm to my family. I am so grateful for all the support and positive comments from everyone in the neighborhood!
We have submitted all of our paperwork for our application and we have received the dates and times of the town board advisory and public hearing meetings. If any of our neighbors or community members are willing to attend, it would be so helpful for our case. I understand and appreciate everyone’s time. If you’re able to make it out it would be so helpful. Thank you.
The Town Advisory Board meeting will be:
August 14, 2025
6:30 pm
Hollywood Recreation and Community Center 1650 S Hollywood Blvd.
The Planning Commission Meeting will be:
September 2, 2025
7 pm
500 S Grand Central Parkway, Commission Chambers
Please add these events to your calendars and attend if you can! Here’s hoping for good news.
Best,
Blair and Jordan

Hello!
Big thanks to everyone who has taken the time to sign our petition.
We have had a couple meetings with the county and are in the process of finalizing all the details they are requesting for our case.
To our neighbors in Sunrise Manor, the county is requesting names, addresses and signatures along with your comments of support. If you are willing and able, it would be helpful for our case to be able to provide that information to the county. I’d like to offer two options- please feel free to drop a paper letter (typed or handwritten) into our mailbox on Sari with that information, or you can email it directly to blairintheair@gmail.com. They are asking for this information by next Thursday June 12. I completely understand if you are unable to do so.
Additionally we have tentative dates for our public hearings. I’d like to invite anyone in our neighborhood to attend and show support. I will send updated information when I have it, but the first one will be held the second week of July and the second one will be the first week of August.
Thanks again to everyone who has shown support. It really means a lot to Jordan and I to read all the kind words!
Best wishes,
Blair and Jordan

Art is critical expression, and everyone should have the right to respectfully practice in the home they own, especially in a city so revered for its creative expression.
