The county denied our due process, cancelling the public hearing at the last minute because the "shot clock" rule was invoked.

This is weaponization of federal laws to silence us as we have many concerns about the installation of a monstrous 175 feet high towers with Boosters (Remote Radio Units) in our neighborhood.

The propagation maps that justified the installation and height and power of this tower are incorrect - there is already reliable cell phone coverage in that area. This will even more put the health and environment at risk.

The propagation maps don't show the 9 other antennas installed on the existing infrastructure.

This site will be build on a prohibited zone according to the Thurston county wireless ordinance, it has wetlands within 1000 feet and no environmental studies were made to check staging area in that 1000 feet radius other than on the property. Also the land is a long term Agricultural land and not a preferred zone for this kind of antenna.

We live in a fire prone area and Microwaves emissions are known to weaken trees.

Finally the FCC standards used to determine the safety of those towers have been established in 1996 and are outdated.

Thurston County has been using many shortcuts to fast track the installation of a new 5G towers. Around 100 comments were received against this installation but no public hearing has been held to hear the voice and concerns of the people.

Thurston County had already issues the special issue permit even one day before they notified us that the Public hearing would not happen.

Our concerns need to be heard and we feel the use of the "shot clock" was not used in good faith and we demande due process for this installation of new 5G tower.
