We are expressing our concerns regarding the recent resignation of Dr. Ricker at this critical juncture of the year and its potential impact on the high standards of WE's child-centered approach and the overall stability of the school. Finding a qualified and experienced replacement at this late stage could prove challenging, and we believe this sudden decision may not align with the best interests of our community.
Perustelut
We strongly urge you to reconsider and reinstate Dr. Ricker as the principal of WE. Additionally, we recommend implementing a more open-door policy for addressing complaints and issues raised by parents and staff with the administrative team. Our primary goal is to foster collaboration within the community for the well-being of our most valuable asset: our children.
