By signing this petition, you are expressing your support for Peggy Neason; our desire is for the Board to reverse its position and keep Peggy on as our assignor.
Reason
As most of you know, the Chapter Board has taken steps to replace Peggy Neason as our assignor for the next high school season by referencing responses to a year-end survey implying membership's desire to move forward with a different assignor. The survey results were never shared with the members or Peggy; likewise, the minutes from the January Board meeting, when the decision to go with a different assignor was voted on, were not shared with the members or Peggy. Peggy has been involved with the Chapter and working as an assignor since the 1980's. You cannot replace that experience, and she still genuinely cares about our referees, every time we step out onto the field to support a game we all love.
