This is an urgent call to action for U.S. Congressional Members to uphold the law concerning unethical “non-medical” procedures or experiments performed on U.S. citizens that changes a person’s identity and human functionalities without their knowledge nor consent which is in violation of the Nuremberg Code and Human Rights of Ethics, and the U.S. Constitution along with several other violations detailed in the full version letter of grievance sent via email on November 17, 2023 to Congressman Clay Higgins, who’s responsible for Oversight and Accountability|Homeland Security in the jurisdiction of the grievance originator. Individuals in America and throughout the world were not informed about the materials administered into their bodies, which has been categorized as lethal (weaponry) and not for human consumption, and has also been determined to be severely invasive because of its qualities and capabilities (all details about the unethical materials are included in the full version letter submitted to Congressman Higgin’s). The U.S. Medicare data, the CDC VAERS data (only reports a fraction of adverse effects/mortality rates) along with many other western nation’s data are confirming spike in mortality rate in 2021 until now — also in nations such as New Zealand, Europe, and the Philippines that proves the effects are damaging, and as a result committee meetings has been arranged in the political arena. The bioengineering products in use since 2020 has maimed far too many citizens and has been the causative for fatalities in all age groups until the present time according to these data reports and reports from funeral directors, and family members.Therefore because the pseudo-medical experimental product has been “updated” and is still in circulation in the global market and both endorsed and demanded by governments or particularly the current U.S. administration, we the signatories are not only urging all U.S. Congressional leaders to revere life and uphold the law, but to also enact new and immediate legislation to safeguard citizens from any mandates, lockdowns, or any procedural methods etc., connected to this experiment named in the full version, and in doing so, make available to all non-participants, including children, an EXEMPTION ID to secure U.S. citizens or visitors to the U.S. from any form of backlash (such as incarceration or quarantine camps, etc.) that would threaten a person’s well-being or livelihood, preventing individuals the ability to live freely or peacefully, or prohibit citizens the ability to participate in society as a result of their refusal to comply to the experiment. The full version gives a thorough explanation of why this experiment is a threat to the existence of the human race, why U.S. citizens should not be mandated to participate or should be safeguarded from being forced to participate in anything pertaining to the use of the products that are gruesomely impacting human life and U.S. society.
