In our rapidly growing town, a new wave of Skaters and BMXers have emerged without sufficient infrastructure to facilitate us. We are asking for the old skate park to be removed and replaced with a larger one.
Reason
Let's face it, Wainuiomata's skate park is embarrassing, it suffers from overcrowding, a lack of interesting obstacles and neglect. For the size of our town we should have a much better skate park.

Because i grew up trying to move forward with my freestyle scooter skills on the wainuiomata skate park and tbh its never really been any good compaired to other skate parks around the place and as soon as lower hutt city conceil rebuilt the avalon skate park my skills habe gone way up and its only getting better but now im older and have other priortys i dont get as much time so when i do i make sure i help the new generation to move forward with their skills and tricks and it would help a lot more if the wainuiomata skate park was as good as avalon skate park is now
