We oppose the West Coast Health Alliance, WCHA, and reject the Governors enacted health guidelines and vaccine mandates.
The WCHA violates our right to freely choose what medical interventions we desire. We will protect our body autonomy, our body, our choice. The citizens of CA, HI, OR and WA reject our states governors authoritative actions to inject, apply or introduce any substance into our bodies without our educated and enthusiastic consent. We oppose the WCHA and denounce all government efforts to legislate medical mandates for medical providers, first responders, individuals and minors of all 4 states, CA, HI, OR, WA.
The WCHA was formed by the governors of CA, HI, OR and WA, as a partisan move to disassociate with the current administration, especially to coordinate and mandate public health guidelines separate from the CDC. Our health should not be directed by partisan politics, claims of “partisan “ science, but by personal choice and an individual’s right and responsibility to care for their own health. The CDC responded “Democrat-run states that pushed unscientific school lockdowns, toddler mask mandates, and draconian vaccine passports during the COVID era completely eroded the American people’s trust in public health agencies. ACIP remains the scientific body guiding immunization recommendations in this country, and HHS will ensure policy is based on rigorous evidence and Gold Standard Science, not the failed politics of the pandemic."

The WA Department of Health issued a sweeping COVID-19 vaccine standing order. It authorizes providers to vaccinate anyone aged 6 months and older, including pregnant women.
The WCHA pledges unified vaccine guidelines across state lines. We adamantly oppose this governmental overreach and its coordinated power shift that denies factual evidence of vaccine harm and ineffectiveness and challenges individual and parental rights.
The petitions will be presented to each of the WCHA Governors to serve as evidence of their constituents rejection of the WCHA recommendations and legal and ethical right to informed consent. Thereby terminate/disband the WCHA and instead adhere to the current CDC and ACIP guidelines and recommendations, which respects informed consent in medical care.
