Shayna is an amazing director, and the school has been doing great under her. She is one of the best things to happen to this school in a long time.

Ms. Shayna completely turned this center around upon her arrival and has made such a positive impact in this community. She has treated our family like her own and has always made us feel safe and appreciated. Our son absolutely adores her and looks forward to seeing her every day.
Before she arrived, we almost left the center due to lack of leadership but stayed because of her immediate positive impact. She is the best thing to happen to CCY Issaquah and we need her as the Director.

Poor district manager decisions are what negatively affect this company right now.

We all love Shayna. She is the reason many of us bring our kids to the Children’s Courtyard. We want her back!

When Shayna was told she was going to be terminated, Corporate office could not provide any evidence to support their claims of her. It’s unjust. I’ve worked with Shayna for two years now, I drive an hour to and from to be able to call Shayna Troy my boss.

This director was one of the main reasons why I trust the daycare. She was knowledgeable, kind, detail oriented, and hard working.

Because directors shouldn’t be wrongfully terminated

Ms Shayna is an important asset to the team at Children’s courtyard. She is a big reason why the family’s love our center and why the staff are hard working. Without her, this center will not thrive and continue to grow.

Because Shayna is an incredible director. I even wrote an outstanding Yelp review about how amazing she is and how the daycare has improved from the time she took over. This is frustrating and disappointing!
