I loved Souplantation. It was my go-to place for when I wanted to get out and have a healthier meal with my friends or have a meal alone. I used to love the weekend breakfast when it was offered. There was a month when I was younger, was living at home, and lost my job, and I was there at the same booth 4-5 days a week (during the early afternoon lull) working on resumes and cover letters while the staff said hi and let me be. It was always a place of comfort and joy. I was actually heartbroken when all of the Souplantations were closed down around us.
