because this is my step dads dream in life

Would love to be able to get fresh bread in Superior instead of having to drive to Louisville.

Love fresh baked french pastries and locals using their skills to make awesome businesses.

Colorado needs more locally, family owned businesses. Too many big chain companies ate pushing our people out. If we don't help the little guy, we are going to be another LA.

Small businesses need to have representation in the remake of downtown NOT large restaurant groups who under pay staff. This bakery is delicious and government opinion is preventing growth of this small business that has a great fit for the demo in Superior

What is wrong with having a quality bakery in Superior? Rather have this than some crap Starbucks. It doesn't conflict with any other shop. Probably the only reason I would travel to this concrete jungle hell hole of a downtown.
