She has carried on the legacy of her predecessor and boss Rachel Holt - covering up domestic abuse, child abuse and child sexual abuse for connected in tech, real estate and favored attorneys. She is a criminal wearing a black robe and just like Sheriff Christina Corpus requires removal from office immediately for the safety of children and the public as the entire culture is ROTTEN, broken and hostile to the public. Her loyalty is to the elite ruling class of Silicon Valley and not the people. Her orders are for sale. She was NOT elected by the people, but "appointed" by the judicial mafia that abuses their power with NO oversight, no consequences, no recourse available to the people and CHILDREN who have their lives destroyed by her, her boss and the entire corrupt "family court"...trafficking children to abusers, choosing profit over protection and a criminal syndicate that has respect for the required oath to the constitution or the law or the humanity of those she has a mandate to "serve". Cadet is in service to herself and she should not only be removed, she should be in jail. This Judge has prejudice and Is emotional in court and does not put children first.

I have never witnessed a judge like Cadet who was combative, punitive, biased, racist and classist. She is making horrible judgements and ruining lives. The people deserve better and she needs to be stopped.

The judge just denied my dvro when the respondent admitted under oath to shaking, throwing, and hurting my 2yo daughter.

The judge stated that the respondent was credible because she was crying and i was not credit because i was angry during the hearing.

This judge needs to be removed before they harm more children and families.

All San Mateo Superior Court judges should be wearing orange jumpsuits instead of robes. Yes, I said it. I've witnessed firsthand the blatant disregard they show for the oath they swore to uphold. Their actions are criminal, and the public is suffering because of it. This is not just a matter of misconduct—it's a full-blown public emergency.

Because she has not been faiir to my son in law in his custody case.

I also had to appear in judge Cadets court rm. I experienced extreme bias by judge Cadet.

I have seen the unfair way this judge has treated women. She is biased against mothers, regardless of the needs of the children. In a court system that is supposed to protect kids, this judge is an abject failure.

A close friend has been repeatedly ruled against by Judge Cadet in her custody case. She has always been an excellent and attentive mother but lacks the legal resources of her ex and, without any, let alone substantive, evidence or reasoning, the judge seems poised to strip her of equal, if not all, custody of her daughter. She is, without question, the center of her daughter’s universe and this would be crushing to both her and her young daughter.

So others don’t suffer the injustices I have been suffering while judge Cadet’s is on the bench and responsible for my case.

I fully support Civil Rights and Family Rights issues and I am appalled by discrimination

My friend has had continuous unfair experiences to get more time with his child and she always blocks it. It hurts him and his son. It’s just wrong.

Judge Chinhayi Cadet is extremely bias, which does not service justice to the people who deserve it, and with that, she continues to hurt people and ruins peoples livelihood. The community needs a judge they can trust!

This judge has favorites!! She’s not open minded, in my opinion particularly in a case that involves my family!
