As stated on the Peninsula school district board of directors web page and one of the core responsibilities: “Community Engagement: Encouraging active participation from parents, students, teachers, and community members to foster a collaborative educational community”

We ask that Superintendent Bahr and the PSD board members as elected officials take this opportunity to acknowledge the input and feedback from concerned PSD families and how this administrative decision impacts those you serve. This decision was made not actually considering the very well researched effects rotational impacts have on the actual students.

My concern as a parent of an elementary student at Minter Creek is that we have many years left with this school district and would feel more confident knowing major decisions like this take into consideration feedback and concerns from the families the district administrators were elected to serve.
