Because I don't see the benefit that changing the principal can have in the life of a student. On-going issues will be delayed with a new team who doesn't know their students. The spirit and values of our Elementary School may change which I don't feel is good for students and parents. Time for students to get familiar with new principal will be increased and it might also delayed the time that problems are reported.and taking care of.
