I strongly believe in consistency and lasting relationships between principals and students, staff and families. My children are both in high now, but if they couldn't rely on having someone there throughout their elementary years it would have been soul crushing and very difficult. My daughter especially relied on structure, and change like this is hard. Principals learn each kid, their siblings, parents & build a culture at their school. Rotating will destroy all of that.
