The proposed art installation reflects how important art and diversity are to the community.

New Hope is a safe haven in this state for those who just want to be themselves.

A permanent art fixture on Mechanic Street is a great way to show our residents, neighbors, and visitors that the heart and soul of New Hope is one of inclusivity and love. And I’m sure lots of people will come from out of town to admire it! I hope NHC commissions a local artist to do the work!

This petition is important to me because the rights of LBGTQ people are under attack. We need to show them support and acceptance.

New Hope is a safe haven for LGBTQ+ members and allys. I would love to see such a beautiful outward expression of that.

The rich history of LGBTQA that was established in New Hope and the milestones of pilgrimages to earn our rights as individuals to LOVE who we want to LOVE..
