I moved to New Hope in 1980 because of it being a diverse community. I was New Hope Police department’s Community relations officer where I served for 34 years. I ran for Mayor 3 yrs ago and lost by 7 votes. I plan to run again in 2025. I’m currently the Borough’s Constable.

New Hope has always been a “ safe place” for the LGBT community. We need to continue to make it even more welcoming and signs of that diversity should be more visible year round.
