Being a chef myself— this ordinance will push people to continue to gather in more un safe settings in late hours.

Food trucks especially outside of downtown, provide a safe space for people getting good food and building community outside of the club settings.
Maxtros is a great example of that.
Everyone gathers under the night sky to support small business and simply eat good food made with passion & love.
