Our view from the beach house is blocked by the dunes. We need our beautiful view of ocean being restored.
Its very hard to have access to the ocean because of large amount of sand build up over the years .

We cannot enjoy our property or beach with the abandonment of sand "grooming". Beach access is impossible for us and views are totally destroyed. We pay a lot in property taxes to enjoy the sand, beach and views and yet, these have been taken away with the dereliction of sand maintenance. Very unfair, especially since all adjacent beaches have regular sand "grooming".

The safety of home owners and guests

Restore the beach.
Re-open the view.
re-open access to the beach..

The sand dune builds up on the beach front causes the beach access to build up with sand piles causing the wind to blow the sand down my street on Juanita Ave. The build up with sand on these easements make it difficult and dangerous to walk on to go to the beach.

As a frequent visitor and having employment in Oceano i feel that the residents are being treated unfairly and their needs are being completely disregarded.

The sand is obstructing my view of the ocean and coming over our retaining wall.

Because the sand is almost engulfing our homes. Look at my 1772 Strand Way Home.

I cannot enjoy my view of the beach because the county will not do their job while taking my property taxes.

Because the county is collecting our property taxes and not providing services for the people that own property and cannot enjoy what they paid for due to no action.

I live on Stand Way and am personally and adversely affected by the massive amount of sand continually piling up in front on my house.
